Representative Paul N. MCloskey, Jr. (left) of California and Senator Jacob K. Javits of New York meet Wednesday in Miami Beach. Both are in town for the GOP National Convention starting August 21. The GOP National Committee Wednesday unanimously rejected the request of Representative McClosky to seat a New Mexican supporter who could nominate him and present his antiwar views to next week's convention.
