Mrs. Louise Malone, right, a member of the jury that found Jack Ruby guilty of murder in the slaying of Lee Harvey Oswald, sits in Criminal District Court in Dallas today after being called as a witness in the hearing for a motion for a new trial for Ruby. With Mrs. Malone is Nell Tyler, Dallas County bailiff, who was assigned to the jury during the trial.
