Representative Lucille McCullough, 64 and a 16-year veteran of the Michigan State House who won re-election Tuesday, now will be joined in Lansing by her son, Patrick, 28, who succeeded in his first bid for the state senate. Patrick, a bachelor, and his mother are Democrats and he believes a "natural link of understanding" should help their team work together in state matters.
