Robert Markley, 37-year-old Detroit bar owner, throws arms in the air as his name is called in Westland Thursday as the winner of the weekly Michigan lottery super-drawing with a prize of $200,000. Markley chartered a bus and took fifty-two friends with him to the drawing. He then hosted a party in Northville for his bused friends and then began his own party.
