Sherman J. Maisel, recent appointee to the Federal Reserve Board, and his wife, Lucy, read congratulatory letters and telegrams at their home in Berkeley tonight. Maisel, a professor of business administration at the University of California, was nominated by President Johnson to the federal post yesterday.
