Premiere Jack Lynch giving press conference here Tuesday on the eve of the Irish Republic's general election. At this new conference the 55-year-old former hurling (Irish Hockey) star, stated that he expects to win 75 or 76 seats in the 144-seat Dail--Lower House. That would put his Fianna Fail--soldiers of destiny--party firmly in power for a five-year term.
