Jacob Malik, Soviet ambassador to England, and Mrs. Malik pose at London airport tonight before flying to the U.S. where Malik will take over leadership of the Russian delegation to the United Nations, succeeding the late Andrei Y. Vishinsky. The latter died yesterday in New York of a heart attack.
