Sean MacStiofain, chief of staff of the IRA's Provisional wing, says a group rejects any London peace proposals which do not fully meet their demands which include withdrawal of all British troops, abolition of the Ulster government and total amnesty for all political prisoners. MacStiofain wears an eye patch over an injury received in a bombing last Monday.
