Minnesota Senator Eugene McCarthy gives a "V" sign for victory to persons attending a political rally in Minneapolis while standing on a raised platform under a door exit sign. The former candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination made his first appearance in his home state Monday since the Chicago Democratic convention. The rally in Minneapolis was held to raise campaign funds for Liberal candidates for the Minnesota Legislature.
