1966 Press Photo Jakov A. Malik standing, said to become Amassador of Russia

Soviet Deputy Foreign Minister Jakov A. Malik, above, according to informed sources today, is said to be replacing Ambassador Nikolai A. Fedorenko as head of the Soviet United Nations delegation. There was no official confirmation, but the informed sources said the move would be made in about 10 days.
