Maryland Governor Marvin Mandel and the former Mrs. Jeanne Blackstone Dorsey hold hands at the Har Sinai Congregation in Baltimore following their marriage Tuesday. It was the second marriage for both. Mandel left his first wife on July 3, 1973, saying he would divorce her to marry his long-time friend.
