Soviet Defense Minister Marshal Rodion Malinovsky addresses workers' rally at the Kremlin in Moscow today. He warned that the Soviet Union would direct rockets at takeoff base of any foreign plane that henceforth violates Soviet air space or that of its Communist allies.
