Energy Minister Donald Macdonald tells reporters Monday in Ottawa that Canada would cut off export of refined petroleum products to the United States if Arab countries made it a condition for continuing crude oil shipments to Canadian refiners. He said this is a hypothetical situation but the government would not cut off U.S. customers who rely totally on Canadian crude.
