Former Soviet Premier Georgi Malenkov raises his glass in toast as he drinks with Lord Citrine, chairman of Britain's central electricity authorities, in London. Malenkov is heading a group of Russians visiting British power stations. He is currently (no pun intended) head of Soviet power stations.
