Sixteen-year-old Thomas Kelly Marston of Mobile, Alabama, is escorted by a federal officer Monday after he was taken from a National Airlines plane he forced at gunpoint to fly from Mobile. The plane was headed toward Canada when the captain persuaded the youth it would be better if he gave himself up and allowed them to fly to Miami. Marston is charged with aircraft piracy.
