1965 Press Photo Senator and Mrs. Mike Mansfield at US Embassy in Moscow

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mike Mansfield and his wife talk to U.S. Embassy personnel after Mansfield and four other U.S. senators met with Soviet Premier Alexei N. Kosygin in the Kremlin in Moscow today. Mansfield said "we both mentioned Vietnam" but that not much time was spent on that subject. No pictures were permitted of Mansfield and Kosygin.
