Princess Maria Pia, daughter of ex-king Umberto of Italy, posed with twin sons, Michel, left and Dimitri, 5, and her newest set of twins, Helene and Serge, in her arms in Paris Thursday. The infants were born last March 11. Their husband and father is Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia.
