Speaker of the House John W. McCormack, D-MA, waxes eloquent as he makes his address at last night's fund-raising dinner of the Democratic Congressional Committee in Washington. He spoke to the $250 a plate affair to fill the campaign coffers in front of a 9x12 foot photo of President Johnson, who delivered the principal address.
