Governor Lester Maddox (left) poses with General Manager of the Southeastern Fair Maurice Coleman at Lester's booth at the fair where he is selling his "Drum Sticks" (actually pick handles) and "Phooey" T-shirts with Maddox pictures on it. The Drum Sticks were issued by Maddox at his restaurant when he refused to integrate a few years ago.
