Democrat Lester G. Maddox, favored to win the Georgia governor's office when the Legislature votes today, leaves the executive suite at Atlanta Monday after a brief visit. The Legislature will choose between Maddox and Republican Howard (Bo) Callaway, neither of whom received a majority in the November 8 election.
