William C. Lavery, 25, (above), Marquette University dental student, was charged with homicide by reckless conduct today in the death of his wife, Marilyn, 23. Police quoted Lavery as saying he struck her in an argument after she accused him of spoiling a fraternity party by getting into a row with a male guest at the affair.
