Nguyen Thanh Le, spokesman for the North Vietnamese at the Paris Peace Talks, speaks to newsmen Tuesday at the delegation headquarters in Paris, where he cited American bombings in North Vietnam in his delegation's cancellation of the scheduled December session of the talks. The United States delegation also cancelled the session bringing the current break to at least four weeks in duration, the longest interruption since the talks began.
