Senator Edward M. Kennedy and his wife Joan speak to newsmen in front of his hotel in Paris Saturday. The Civil Rights Association in Newry, Northern Ireland announced they had invited Kennedy to lead in the town's protest march Sunday. Kennedy, an outspoken critic of British policy in Northern Ireland, declined the invitation and told newsmen he will be going skiing in Switzerland Sunday.
