Florida Governor Claude Kirk stands on the deck of a submarine today with the flags of the United States and Florida which he planted in 1,000 feet of water on the ocean floor about seven miles east of Miami, Florida. With Kirk on the deck of the submarine Aluminaut is J. Louis Reynolds (right), chairman of Reynolds Aluminum Company which owns the submarine.
