Here was the scene in London's Oxford Street in March,1961, when Englishmen marched with London's colored peoples to protest South Africa's "apartheid" laws. With the new law controlling immigration from the commonwealth countries becoming effective July 1, the influx of colored peoples will be slowed to a trickle. Government spokesman have denied the law is an act of discrimination and say it will be applied regardless of race, color creed
