New Japanese Foreign Minister Masayoshi Ohira, left, chats with former Foreign Minister Zentaro Kosaka during a business transfer at Foreign Offices in Tokyo, Japan, today. Ohira, 52, a long-time friend and close associate of Prime Minister Hayato Ikeda, moved up to the foreign minister's chair in yesterday's cabinet reshuffle. He formally was Chief Cabinet Secretary.
