1951 Press Photo Senator Henry Jackson revealed atomic test on Pacific island

Representative Henry M. Jackson (D-WA) right, has revealed that the United States has successfully carried out new atomic tests on Eniwetok Atoll, a remote Pacific proving ground. A report that a "radio-active ray" is among the new atomic weapons being tested at Eniwetok Atoll received no confirmation in official circles last night.
