1976 Press Photo Mayor Moon Landrieu comments on editorial as Fitzmorris listens

New Orleans Mayor Moon Landrieu holds up a newspaper editorial critical of him for influencing an advisory committee of the Louisiana Superdome in their decision not to release an interim operations report on the giant facility. Landrieu denied the charge and urged for the report to be released as Lt. Governor James Fitzmorris listens.
