1970 Press Photo Walter King family return from East Berlin prison reunion

Mr. and Mrs. Walter King and Sister Therese, their daughter, a Roman Catholic nun, return Monday from Communist East Berlin after visiting family member Frank King, 24, who was sentenced in October to two years in jail for allegedly distributing fascist propaganda. The family said he was under sedation, despondent, had difficulty walking and did not understand why he is being held. Kings are from Highland Park, Michigan, and now centered in Johnson City, Texas. Sign says "You are leaving the American sector."
