Florida Governor Claude Kirk stops momentarily at the entrance to the mansion as he posed with his new bride, the former Erika Mattfeld, after a short two-day honeymoon at Key Largo, Florida. The sleek 32-year old blonde, a native of Germany got quite a laugh from the Governor as they started through the entrance, Governor Kirk said, "better check the mail box for bills Erika." Governor Kirk then carried his bride over the threshold, aides for the governor would not allow pictures of this event.
