Defense Secretary Melvin Laird, meeting reporters after testifying at the senate Armed Services Committee today, says he sees no significant troop withdrawal immediately from Vietnam. Laird said American commanders in he war zone think all U.S. troops must remain until all North Vietnamese troops withdraw.
