Cosmonaut Alexei Leonov, who stepped into space form the Voskhod 2 spaceship last week, explains to newsmen in Moscow today the orientation of the craft to the earth and sun during orbits. His pilot, Colonel Pavel Belyayev, said he used manual controls to land the craft because of a failure in the automatic landing system.
