Donald Bradford Lee Jones, right, is escorted from Jack County Courthouse by FBI agents and Sheriff Hubert Jackson, left, Wednesday for arraignment on charges of kidnapping two small Alabama girls. Jones called Sheriff Jackson earlier Wednesday and told him he wanted to surrender. He was arraigned in Wichita Falls and placed in jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
