Johnson of West Branch,Iowa, as the new Administrator for the Veterans Administration here today on the lawn of the Inn where the President is working before his trip to Midway this Saturday to meet with President Thieu. Between the two is Johnson's wife, Mary, who is also helping him celebrate his 45th birthday anniversary today.
