U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Henry Cabot Lodge, surprise victor in the New Hampshire primary, is confronted by newsmen on arrival in Saigon today.Lodge was returning from central Vietnamese capitol of Hue, to where he accompanied Defense Secretary Robert McNamara on a field trip and learned of the New Hampshire results. Lodge was a decisive winner.
