Description
Henry Cabot Lodge, bundled for the 40-degree weather, stands in his car greeting well-wishers as he leads parade down Detroit's Woodward Avenue. He had just visited the opening of a UN exhibit at City Hall (background). Lodge's schedule also included several appearances in the suburbs.
