Janos Kadar, left, first secretary of the Hungarian Communist Party's Central Committee, has arm over shoulder Ho Chi Minh, Central Committee chairman of Vietnam's Workers Party, in Moscow today. They were guests at 22nd Soviet Party Congress. Soviet Premier Khrushchev addressed the Congress.
