Frank Kowalski, Democratic political maverick from Connecticut who has been earning $26,000 a year as a member of the Subversive Activities Control Board in Washington, D.C., since 1963, said Monday he's being dropped from the job, Kowalski has spoken out repeatedly against U.S. policy in Vietnam. Former Democratic Congressman Frank Kowalski, who has become a vocal critic of President Johnson's policy in Vietnam said Monday he feels "a little sad" about not being renominated to the Subversive Activities Controal Board.
