1969 Press Photo Ray Lewis, injured in swimming pool accident uses wheelchair

Ray Lewis, injured in a swimming pool accident eight years ago, has been using his motorized wheelchair for seven years. The Florida Highway Patrol now says he must get tags for the chair, and a driver's license. Lewis, 24, of Tampa said he isn't worried about the driving test but added that because he cannot use his hands to hold a pen, someone will have to write the answers for him on the written portion.
