Prime Minister Chief Leabua Jonathan listens to a question during a press conference Saturday in Maseru, capital of the tiny African state of Lesotho. The Prime Minister stated, "I have seized power. I admit it." He declared invalid the elections held last Tuesday in his nation, after declaring a state of emergency and arresting opposition leader Nitsu Mokhehle.
