Walter Long, 29, a fugitive from a mental institution who is under questioning by police in connection with a series of Sunday and holiday bombings in New York, talks with newsmen early today before being sent to Bellevue Hospital for observation. Police said Long, a construction laborer and a powder shack watchman, admitted stealing explosives from construction jobs and being in the vicinity of all the blasts except one.
