1962 Press Photo Nomination of John Henning as Labor Undersecretary approved

John F. Henning, since 1959 Director of California Department of Industrial Relations, wins approval of the Senate Labor committee today on his nomination to be Undersecretary of Labor, succeeding W. Willard Kirtz, who stepped up to the Cabinet post of Secretary. Henning appeared today before the Senators.
