Jerome Kohlberg (left), President of the Kane Import Corporation, New York, and Walter Spitzer, the firm's import manager, told the Senate Commerce Subcommittee today that their firm sold Communist China more than 3,500,000 pounds of copper and shipped it from Japan by a round-the-world shuttle which evaded U.S. export regulations.
