Joel Kline (left) a Montgomery County, Maryland developer, appeared before the federal grand jury Thursday. His attorney, Stephen Sachs, accompanied him. Sachs is a former U.S. Attorney for Maryland. Kline wouldn't discuss his testimony but said he answered all questions he could.
