1969 Press Photo Israeli troops fire over Arab demonstrators in Jerusalem

Israeli troops fire over the heads of Arab demonstrators after midday prayers in Jerusalem Friday. The demonstrators were protesting Thursday's fire in the Al Aksah Mosque, a Moslem shrine. Israeli police arrested a man Friday and brought him before a magistrate in connection with the fire.
