Foy D. Kohler (right), U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union enters Soviet Foreign Ministry in Moscow Saturday to discuss with Russian officials the reported suicide of Newcomb Mott of Sheffield, Massachusetts, on the night of Thursday-Friday.Mott, 27, had been sentenced last November to 18 months in a labor camp after conviction on a charge of illegally entering the country. An aide accompanies Kohler.
