Former Greek Premier Panayiotis Kanellopoulos, 65, strolls in Athens today after he was released from house arrest by the Greek military regime. Another former Greek premier, George Papandreou, was also released today by the regime to add respectability to a constitutional referendum which will be held Sunday. Both men had been under house arrest for five months.
