Description
Crowds gather in streets of Johannesburg Monday near the area where terrorists with hostages were holding off police after seizing the Israeli consulate. Many casualties were reported among bystanders in shooting that erupted between police and terrorists shortly after the seizure of the six story building in he heart of Johannesburg's theater district. Police subsequently cleared the immediate area.
