Paul E. Kamerick, assistant counsel to the Senate Investigations Subcommittee, leads off as the opening witness today at a Senate probe of the Billie Sol Estes case. He testified that the Agriculture Department had advance warning that Estes' deals in cotton acreage allotments were outside the law.
