Edith Irving, wife of author Clifford Irving, can be sent back to Switzerland to face a charge in connection with her role in the Howard Hughes autobiography hoax, a federal magistrate ruled in New York yesterday. Final decision to extradite the German-born Swiss citizen rests with U.S. Secretary of State William P. Rogers.
